Nowadays the integration of an electric drive is an interesting and growing sector in the boating industry. Eco-friendly and quiet boating are important factors. 

VISU.world was able to assist the company Diva Manufactory with the technical and visual development of their electric boat “Bad Boy”. 

By installing the VisuShip controller and a 7″ Visu-Display, all technically relevant data are linked and displayed.

This concerns the following data:

  • Current consumption
  • Remaining time / range
  • Residual capacity
  • GPS Position
  • Speed
  • Motor and engine room temerature
  • buttons for controlling interior lighting, navigational lights, bilge pump

VISUAL IMPLEMENTATION

Keeping the clear, tidy lines of the dashboard in this retro classic boat was extremely important.
Therefore the Visu-Display, was installed retractable. If needed it is accessible or hidden.

The display was personalized directly for Diva Manufaktur, so the company logo – DIVA – appears immediately when starting.
All on-board systems such as lights, navigation lighting and bilge pumps are integrated into the system and can be controlled via the display.

It is possible to design different view pages individually on the display. The example shows the main page that is used for driving. All important data can be seen and checked.
